Young adults (ages 12 through17) may show the same ID as adults. Young adults may additionally show one of the following forms of identification provided the current address is listed:
- School Photo ID
- Report card
- Class schedule
- Working papers
A parent or legal guardian who is a library card holder will be asked to sign the registration form for his/her child under the age of 12. Children should be able to write their first and last name. By co-signing, the parent or legal guardian accepts responsibility for settling fines, damages, losses, or other assessments against the library card of his/her child.
