A Arte do Vinho – The Art of Wine

You are invited to spent an afternoon at Hyannis Public Library and learn more about wine, its history and how to recognize the differences between varietals of wine. The presentation will be given by Roberta and Renato Santos, both Brazilian Sommeliers.

Roberta is a Wine Sommelier certified by Wine & Spirit Education Trust, London, UK. She is also a Beer Sommelier by Escola Superior de Cerveja e Malte Brazilian Branch of Doemens e.V. und Doemens Academy GmbH, Germany.

Renato is a Beer Sommelier certified as a Technology Specialist in brewing processes with degree in Master Brewer by the ICB and Technische Universität München, Germany. He is also a Wine Sommelier certified by Mundo dos vinhos – VSX Enoclass – The Wine School, Chapeco, Santa Catarina, Brazil. He also holds a Coffee Barista Specialist from the Coffee Lab by Isabella Raposeiras, São Paulo, Brazil.
